Okay, so you can get adequate phone service from Magic Jack Plus if you can avoid being billed multiple times (I had five orders billed to my account for one unit). Attempting to get customer service was totally frustrating. Each time, my chat was routed to a second tier customer service rep who would promise me repeatedly that the problem would get fixed. Each time I was promised that I would receive an email. A month later, I'm still trying to get it fixed after five "live chats" (there is no such thing as talking to a person at Magic Jack). Lots of promises and no delivery.
What I received was labeled "baby shampoo and wash" but it certainly wasn't the product shown here. What I expected was the same clear yellow liquid as their regular wash, just minus the fragrance. That's what it looks like in this picture. What I got instead was something more pearly/opaque like a hand soap. When I put the regular (scented) product in bathwater, it disperses easily and makes great bubbles. When I put the weirdly formulated "fragrance free" product in the water, it sticks together in rope-y blobs and just sort of sits on the bottom of the tub like sediment - it doesn't dissolve well at all unless I really lather it up. Very disappointed in this!
Purchased and installed 3 years ago. 2 blown valves in first couple of months! Yesterday when it was 17 degrees outside it completely stopped working. 3 years old and whole unit needs to be replaced. After originally spending 10k installing unit, I now have to spend another 2k to have replacement unit installed because the company doesn't cover labor on a 3 year young manufacturer defective unit!?! What a waste!
buyer beware this stuff is basically koolaid. This stuff does absolutely nothing for bad breath. I knew I was duped when I first swished it in my mouth! This stuff is watery without any kind of consistancy whatsoever and doesn't feel at all like it's doing anything. The ratings must come from people who have some kind of interest in the product.
i love this conditioner but it's a bit pricey.i wish they made this into a perfume because it smells so good and its moisturuizing and leaves my hair soft and if when i sit under the dryer it makes my hair fluffy.great conditioner will probably repurchase when it goes on sale or something
This product would be great IF you have extremely oily skin? I tried it and i have pretty moderate acne break outs and figured it would clear it up and it did but it also dried my face out to a point where it was uncomfortable causing more acne to pop up so it was just a nightmare. The lotion is way way way too oily for any ones skin and im not sure out that doesn't cause acne in itself? Definitely will not be buying this product any time soon.
I liked this razor until I attempted to use it on my eyebrows... I used the 4mm guard and it didn't do anything so I used the 2mm guard and it practically shaved off one of my eyebrows completely! Im very upset! 😩
