Overpriced, barely noteable effects with higher doses. I have experience with almost all of the the stuff in this and most of the stuff needs to be higher dosed to notice any difference. I won't waste my breathe since there are a million other reviews saying what I would say. I'm tempted to give this a 1 star for being overhyped and overpriced with such little benefit.
I am very pleased with this CAI kit. As another reviewer mentioned, it adds a nice throaty sound when you get on the gas. It's quiet when driving under normal acceleration and I don't notice any annoying vacuum sound. This was a good compromise with my wife. My last truck had a CAI with Flowmaster exhaust and the cabin drone was a bit much (for her.) The installation was a breeze. The fit is perfect. My previous truck had a K&N CAI and it didn't fit as nicely as this Roush kit does. I haven't noticed any gains but I'm sure there is a mild HP gain due to the system breathing easier. I have a new truck so I have nothing to gauge the fuel performance against. I give this 4 stars because of the price. CAI's are overpriced anyway and this was is even more so because of the Roush logo. I definitely recommend this product and I have no regrets with this purchase.
I'm a 20+ year lover of Air Max Running Shoes. I'm so disappointed with the 2016 model. Although they are not heavy, they are very puffy and bulky. The tongue is very long, touching my lower shin. The shoe feels like a low cut basketball shoe or a pair of giant cookie monster slippers. I hope they return to the speaker profile. I'm sending them back and hoping they change for the better in 2017.
A must read for anyone who has been on a spiritual search. Caution...I would not recommend it for the first book if someone is just starting their quest.

I have been using this for 2 weeks now and have already lost 2 inches off of my waist and lost 8 lbs in those 2 weeks. On the second day of taking this, I noticed a huge change in my mood and noticed I had TONS of energy. Since my mood improved and I had energy to get me through the day, I have completely cut out coffee. Additionally, I also have been sleeping through the night without getting up and I have been waking up feeling refreshed.
