I'm transitioning it's been 16 months and I saw some video reviews on YouTube which prompted me to make the purchase. The process itself is gross to say the least please wear an old shirt and use an old towel as the product drips everywhere. Once it's dried you can either sit under a hooded dryer or if you don't have the patience use a regular hair dryer to harden the product do not manipulate your hair at all. Once it was hardened I got back in the shower and rinsed out the product and applied the balancing moisturizer and left it on for about 5-7 mins. The end result was super soft hair my curls bounced right back and I had significantly less breakage on my second round of using the product. I did pre-poo my hair with coconut oil before washing which helps retain the moisture and prevent breakage I don't use shampoo to clarify I co-wash with conditioner and use an apple cider vinegar rinse to get all the gunk out. With this product I have noticed significant growth, less breakage and a more defined curl pattern I intend to keep using this product every 6 weeks in addition to my castor oil regime I'm managed to regrow my hairline following breakage from a bad hairstyle - tree braids braided into my fine baby hairs - NEVER again, thank you Aphogee!!

I usually have 4-5 bladder infections a year. Since I started this product, I have had zero. I am not a pill taker. So I decided to only take it during Friday, Saturday and Sunday and then I took it morning and night on Saturday. This has been sufficient. And the extra benefit? I haven't had a cold in 6 months! January and February are when I am always sick. Everyone else got sick, but me. I'm happy.

Holy smokes! I've finally found the holy grail for curing cystic acne! I'm a 36 year old mom who has struggled with the emotional and sometimes physical pain of cystic acne for years! I've taken antibiotics, spironolactone, done laser treatments and used every topical under the sun. Nothing has worked, until now!! I love this product and am so thankful to have found it!

I am not writing to inform how well this product will or will not define your curls, but I promise you it will make detangling your hair sooooo much easier whether your hair is wet or dry. It is probably a must have if you have children. Its important to apply the product and smooth it through before combing. Honestly you will love it for detangling after taking down braids or extensions as well. I think anyone can benefit from it regardless of your hair type, color, texture or condition. I gave it a four because one of the claims is that it will define curls, which is true to some extent but it hardly lives up to products that can really define and smooth curls.
