I purchased this book as a gift for a tween boy thinking it would be a paperback version of the large, full-color Guinness books released each year. It is still a very interesting read, but if you're looking for lots of photos and fun text, you'll want the hardcover version.

I'm not a doctor so google 'serrapeptase' to learn more but it does all kinds of good to destroy biofilm (colonies of bacteria). See 'How Stuff Works'. This is recommended for people with Lymes, Candida, etc. Although I have neither, anyone, it seems, would benefit from not having slime in your body. Go Serrapeptase! Do your thing.

This isn't a bad blender. I've had it for about 2 months. No doubt that it is powerful. It does crush ice in a matter of seconds. It is fairly quiet since it is a 1000w blender and after a good deal at BBB, I am happy for this $60-$65 blender. At $100, not happy at all.

OMG!!!! i have been taking this oil for 2 months and i have to say i am impressed!!! i have tried all kinds of supplements over the years, and this is the only one that i can actually see results!! it helped my plantar fasciitis, my pinched nerve sciatic pain, cleared up my skin (from acne and razor bumps), it helps my knee pain, i am no longer sore or stiff when i get out of the bed in the morning. it gives me energy throughout the day when i take it in the morning with a cold liquid. it allows me to sleep all through the night when i take it before bed with warm liquid. it has helped my mood. helps my year round runny nose. I recommended this oil to all of my friends and family and some random strangers who seem to be in pain. for the price its worth it to see if it will work for you.
