Ever since the Chi Chi's taco meat tubs have been virtually discontinued, we have been looking for a suitable replacement. This is pretty close in terms of quality, and really excellent!

I have installed Microsoft Outlook 2003 on multiple computers but Outlook 2010 on Windows 8 was unmanageable. I tried calling Microsoft for help.......forget it.

Program is great - support sucks, and you will need to use support. There is absolutely NO RESPONSE to requests for help. Looking at the site, people have waited for months. They use "LiveAgent", but apparently they don't respond to anything. Have used this product for 10+ years, up through the 2015 version, but it's like they fell off the planet or something.

Took 2 weeks to ship via Prime. Upon arrival and after charging, only one of the two earbuds worked. To make matters worse, the one earbud that did work kept cutting in and out. The connection was horrible-- songs and voice calls would constantly skip.

Free antivirus didn't do much so opted for an upgrade at $29.99 "Internet Security". That didn't help remove any threats either. Only way to request a refund is online... no telephone number to call in. It's been a week and still no response in my request for refund. Tried to check the status online and it tells me they don't recognize my email. Finally went in through my order # look up and found a link to the return page only to find the link doesn't work. I am extremely unhappy and frustrated with this company's customer service. Will never purchase another product from them again, nor will I use any free product either. By the way, my husband noticed new popup advertisements shortly AFTER installing Avast, so it doesn't make me feel any better about the effectiveness of their product.
