Great for adding a little magnesium to your diet. The taste is very slightly sour in plain water. If you add a squeeze of lemon or add it to sweet hot tea like I do, you won't notice it. I also add it to a small amount of hot water to dissolve, then fill up my cup with water and ice if I want a cold drink.

Just horrible. Have these people never heard of an editor? The spelling errors are bad enough, but the book sometimes descends into word salad. Words, or even whole sentences, seem to be missing. Give it a pass.

We are just beginning to crack this book, but my husband and I are very please with the extensive content, and with the organization of the book. My daughter started to feel relieved about the SAT prep process as soon as she looked through it.

This book though a very good read is not meant for anyone with no knowledge of the software. I should've paid attention to the other reviews.

I do beleive the product works, my mom recently informed me I was mixing with too much water. Apparently it's supposed to be taken more like a shot of good whiskey. I've had none of the side effects talked about. My mom has been a dealer for a few years and she has never heard of them. I gave four stars because I am not a fan of multi level marketing, when I hear that I automatically get skeptical. I would be more confident in the products if you could buy it in the shelf at gnc or somewhere like that.
