I highly recommend it. This is a great hard-bound version is full of information. I have had the soft cover versions in past years, and this is a very nice addition to keep for years to come. The 3D viewing options throughout makes it a very unique version. The pictures are in color and it makes it very appealing to read.

When I'm not using it as a paper weight, it works great. It's not loud. A person can sleep while another is working out. Definitely suggest the purchaser also buys a mat to go underneath this machine.

Wife is happy with the ease of installation and how well it fits. Happy see now has an armrest to use for our trips.

I bought a medium size. It has lots of pockets and more than enough space for a week of clothes and other travel essentials. Perfect for both air travel and road trips. I like to use it as a backpack. I don't use the shoulder strap it came with it.
