I would rate this light 5 stars but I really do not like the memory function: it remembers what brightness it was set to when turned off so it is still set there next time you turn it on (versus resetting to the lowest setting when turned off). I thought I might like this feature but quickly realized I much prefer always being certain that I will not blind myself (or anyone else) when I turn it on. In fact, as careful as I have been, I have already done this. I pulled it out to look for something in the car, turned it on and was blasted with a lot of light. Granted this really is a preferential thing. I can see settings, especially professional uses, where a user always wants it to come on at a fixed brightness without having to mess with adjustments every time.
I called the number and got put on hold for ten minutes. So I hung up and used a different phone so I could have the speaker phone feature. I got put on hold for 30 minutes. Somebody came on the line and said I would need to be transferred. Got put on hold for ten minutes and then disconnected. I called back and told someone what happened. He apparently did not like my tone of voice so he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor. I got a voice mail that apparently was a receptionist since she said she got the voice mail and was returning my call. She said someone else would call back. In the meantime I called back and finally got to talk to "Sam". He was knowledgable and helpful. An hour later someone else called back. Also helpful.
I've been using this product every evening before bed and it works great. I'm close to 60 years old and my heels would dry out and crack. Worse in the winter. I apply this product liberally to my entire foot, rubbing into heals and other dry skin. Now my heels are soft with no signs of dryness or cracks.
These lights are nice looking and easy to set up! Most importantly, they are solar powered! Make sure the area you set them up in gets exposed to plenty of sun during the day or else they won't work. You get 6 total which was enough to line my short walkway up to my front door. They provide more than enough light to see as you are walking up to the front door.. I don't even need to use my porch light anymore.
