Great flavor! I blend it with 3/4 C of frozen cherries and a few ice cubes in my measuring cup before I fill it to 8oz with water. Tastes like a malt. It fills me up so much, that is what I eat for my evening meal. It may be the cherries, but my arthritis is probably 75% better since I started having this and am losing weight.

Instant hit. Got the download and playing it quietly at work and several colleagues wanting to purchase. You guys know how to make music. First listen through was "easy listening" second time, was thought provoking, and now sharing the love with others and humming along. Gotta say, this album is compiled perfectly for running/rowing. I purchased this as a replacement to MS Streets and Trips. DeLorme will likely have to thank Microsoft for abandoning what was a very easy mapping software. At first I was a bit overwhelmed. The program is more technical than S&T's. After playing with it for a couple of hours it all began to make sense, and now I actually like it better than S&T's. Thank you DeLorme!
