Everyone knows this is the 'official' ball of volleyball. It's a great ball to play with, moves true through the air, and it's very 'spinable'. The color pattern is great for setters as well; it's easy to see which way the ball is spinning, and how fast. BUT this is a 'hard' ball, so while the hitters [like me] love it, the non hitters/back row players/women almost unanimously hate this ball, preferring a much softer one. In fact of all the nights/leagues I play in, only one league will use this one, all the others use a softer ball.
I love these shoes. When I ordered them it sounded like it would take over a month for them to arrive, but I got them in a week. The soles contain really bright lights which all my friends love when I wear them out. So far they have held a charge for several hours at a time. I think they look fine for the price (they cost 4 times as much at the Fair where I first saw them) and although they are not very comfortable (no arch support) I stuck some Dr. Scholl's inserts in and they're fine. I ordered them a size bigger than I usually wear which worked out perfect based on the size charts in the description.
I have been using this cream for the past 3 weeks and it has been great! It has smoothed out the fine lines and has improved my skin tone. I would recommend giving it a try!!
I like this mat because it's a little thicker so when you're going through chaturanga, you don't feel like you're literally on a hardwood floor, taking a beating on your wrists, knees, and ankles. Is it a super fancy mat? No. But it's also affordable so what do you expect. I don't find that it's slippery at all, but I also don't do any sort of hot yoga where I would be creating a pool of sweat. But honestly, if that was the case, I would perhaps just spring for a yoga mat towel. As for wear and tear, I use it twice a week and so far have not noticed any breaking down.
