It helps open breathing passages, allows your body to reach an ideal sleeping temperature, and can eliminate pain that keeps you up. This is a life saver to me because I have such a hard time falling asleep due to stress. I also use this oil in my homemade cleaners. Frankincense oil is an antiseptic, meaning it will help eliminate bacteria and viruses from your home and to clean indoor spaces. I enjoy making my own cleaners so I know what is exactly in them and not using harmful chemicals. Frankincense has many medical properties as well. Overall very satisfied! Definitely worth it's value and I plan to get this oil again!
