I haven't seen much weight change, but it definitely does suppress your appetite. The caffeine works great to wake you up in the morning too. However, it has also caused slight insomnia and stomach pains/nausea if I eat too much. And after the initial wakeup jolt in the morning, I feel sluggish and grouchy. Personally, I think the cons outweigh the pros. I just feel like it's doing more harm than good to my body.

The product is very good, also with a GPS. However, I found no use of it after I installed and tested it.

Before I purchased and read "Grow Young with HGH" by Dr. Klantz I believed that HGH and HGH products were only for individuals who needed medically prescribed Human Growth Hormone injections for specific reasons. However, this book opened up my eyes to the possibilities that all kind of HGH products can have for the average person.
