Bought this for our 3 yr old granddaughter's birthday. Made the mistake of letting her open this gift first! She was absolutely IN LOVE with it. (she has been playing on her cousins ipod, her parents phones...etc.) None of the other gifts she received at the time were interesting to her. she kept asking for her "ipod". Then for the next hour and a half the world went on around here without here even knowing it. I would highly recommend this for young hands. Very durable and educational at the same time as being entertaining. Would also recommend getting the AC cord so it doesn't eat up batteries. You can attach it to a longer extension cord so child can sit comfortably on a couch.

I installed it via CD and it downloaded the latest version, entered my Serial Code and after restart was ready to go. I wanted to do a complete backup of my System so I opened the program and followed the instructions which were quite simple. First I was prompted to connect my external drive so it could copy the files necessary to make it a bootable device, this took a few minutes. Then I chose to backup my entire system now, without scheduling, directed it to be copied to my external drive and clicked on "start". About 24 minutes later it had copied my entire C drive onto my external drive, about 92GB. The process was simple and painless and offered many options for customization including copying an entire drive onto another (cloning) in the event that you wish to swap your current hard drive to an SSD. Very easy to use, very flexible, works as advertised.

I ordered the CD. I've been using Quicken since 1986. Generally I upgrade every 2 years so I went from Q2012 to 2014. I have a large file which worked fine under my previous version. Now every time I enter a transaction, I get an hourglass. Crazy. The install was buggy. I had problems with my password vault (it wouldn't take some accounts that were previously there) and couldn't use keyboard shortcuts (e.g. Ctrl-D to delete). I contacted tech support for 2 chat sessions. The first guy had me validate the file (I hate validating the file, it always messes it up, trying to resend transfers, screwing up balances, etc). This time it wiped out every one of my online payee addresses and acct numbers. The second guy was better, truly wanted to help, and fixed everything but the SLOWNESS. So I'm thinking I'll return the product and go back to 2012, then wait to see reviews of 2015. Since Quicken monitors this, I'd be grateful for any thoughts.

I found the product Light RElief on TV and bought it via the phone. I was excited that I finally found something, which could help me to release the pain However, after I used it few times within two weeks, the product was broken. Meanwhile, I also found I was charged for their automatic monthly delivery of the Joint Support supplement, for which I never authorized them to do so. With my bank's help, it took me three month to stop them to deliver the unwanted supplements. It was a bad experience and wasted a lot of my time.
