So Far I Am Not Seeing Any Improvements. They Moved Stuff Around On The Ribbon So Now You Have To Hunt For Things You Used To Know. They Also Got RId Of The Very Handy Icon To Get To The Options Feature. Now It's Just A Maze And For No Logical Reason. They Purport Some New Features But They Never Seen To Be Available To Use. I'd Stick With 2007 And Skip This One. Nothing Worth The Upgrade And 2007 Made Great Sense And Was A True Design MakeOver. (My Phone Is Capping Every Word, Not Me!)

my husband brought me one for Christmas and i hate it It sticks badly . I took it back the store would not give me back our money ..I also contact the company the basically said o well so i am stuck with a pan tat cost a fortune and i hate it.. I will never buy other..

I wanted to give this a really good through test before I reviewed it. It is really quite easy to use and I love it. I love that it tells you what is going on. It literally says low battery or incoming call and reads off the phone number to you. It charges super fast and the range is a teeny bit over 35 feet in an open room. My ONLY issue is that the provided plastic ear pieces were too big and hard for my ears. I've got itty bitty ears. I have a package of replacement pieces for another headset that fit this and work great. Worth every penny!

I LOVE usb-C ports and cables. It really is the future of devices and where things are going. My wife needed a backup charger for her nexus 5x and this things works spectacularly. What I particularly like about this model is its sleekness!
