  • Marian - Borrow from a library instead of buying

    Book is a good read for killing time waiting for an appointment or on a plane. I was at first interested in finding out who had taken the baby and why, but mostly out of curiosity rather than truly caring. The lack of character development made me totally indifferent as to the actual culprit.

  • Retired Navy - A Great Ride

    This bike replaced a 13yo TREK 6500 and I couldn't be happier. The 2012 version of this bike has a few upgrades over the 2011 model most notably, 3x10 gearing and an improved fork/shock. While I had a $1431 budget (moving company payout for crushing my old bike), I decide I didn't need that much bike for the kind of riding I do. This is an XC bike, and that's the kind of riding I will using it for. I live in coastal SC. Forest trails, swampy areas, and the occasional downed tree. I appreciate the lock out front fork for the frequent transitions from asphalt, trails, open forest,and back.

  • Sarah - Please balance Omega 6 with Omega 3

    It has worked well but one thing that is very important to know about this product is that it is high in omega 6. Omega 6 unbalanced can have negative side affects on someone . It needs to be balanced with Omega 3 as well. You will need to add this as a supplement. The Omega 3 needs to equal the same amount as omega 6. All you have to do is research negative side affects of high omega 6 to see the various side effects that could possibly occur. I did not know this before I stated taking it and only found out because I stared noticing my behavior had changed since taking it. I became very short tempered and angry which was not like myself. I found out that this is a side effect of High omega 6 not being balance with omega 3. Its a very good product but I feel that this should be mentioned by the company as a negative side affect if not taken properly.
