Horrible, broke after the 3rd use. I'm all of 160 lbs and upon sitting on this thing for the 3rd time a screw popped off the left armrest and I nearly fell to the ground. Don't buy not worth the money.
I ended up returning this product, so can't say how well it really works. But I thought maybe I should post this FYI for others.
I bought this book a year or two ago, when I found it cheaper elsewhere. In my excitement to living a healthier life and wanting to pass any valuable information along to my parents, who are older and have already dealt with some of the issues Shane described in his book, I enthusiastically joined his newsletter/blog posts and his facebook page. Given all of this information, the following is my opinion of Mr. Ellison and his book.
Ive been using pura dor products off and on since about 2011. Some of their products are incredible, while others have completely missed the mark. This is one of their best products, hands down. You don't have to have hairloss issues to use this. I have used it during times where I had almost no hair, a ton of hair, and in between. The only requirement is needing some moisture. ;)
I am new to using essential oil and now my eyes are opened. I have been using the diffuser since opening the box and I love it. I have tried using lavender and lemon essential oils in it and my house smells amazing. I love any natural herb scents!
