If you like mashed potatoes, you will love this product. One package makes for a family meal, and the taste is wonderful. We've joked many times that this product replaces my wife's "real" mashed potatoes. Ten minutes and they are done, and they taste just as good, or better, than the "real" thing.

We use his books with any trip we can. He is usually really helpful on where to go and what to do and especially things to avoid. He will tell you what tricks people use to con tourists out of money and it is really a nice thing to know. His food suggestions were amazing this time around. We ate at least 4 of his recommended restaurants in this book and they were all worth it. These guides are a great way to plan your trip. He tells you the areas of town that are "safe" or not and where to stay. We have only booked in one hotel he recommended but we always keep to his map of dangerous and safe when traveling. Must have for Rome.

The M-Stak helped in coming off the Test as this will help keep the muscle mass gained but in my case it helped keep me solid until I returned to gaining weight again after about 5 months of strict heavy training for my next weight meet. I would recommend using this after test or another product that is recommended by the Animal website.
