With Webroot, the average user is faced with one decision: whether to believe the praise and claims of the folks behind the program, or whether not to believe them. I remain a skeptic after using the program on two different machines for about 8-9 months. Webroot operates differently from conventional antivirus programs and, as a result, it usually fails most protection tests because it allows a significant number of threats to enter a system (due to the fact that it has no extensive database of malware signatures and is dedicated to using a cloud instead). Webroot claims that the program supposedly monitors what the "nasties" do and blocks them once they start getting "nasty." A number of users might be, and should be, concerned if allowing malware to enter the system is seen as the right approach. The number of those growing skeptical should be greater once we notice how half of the time, the Webroot folks who read the reviews of their product, post answers that begin with a bragging claim of how "awesome" their product is and what "awesomeness" it adds to our browsing experience. To be honest, I care little about "awesome." I want "safe" and "secure." What the word "awesome" conceals, HOWEVER, is the fact that so far, Webroot can reclaim only one bragging right: an awesome scanning speed and lack of impact on system resources. Are you really protected by this quick and light program, though?
This was my first Willa Thorne book and I loved it. I haven't read a vampire romance since when Twilight was big. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this book. I absolutely loved Julian. Such a gentleman, but lethal and fierce. I loved Lia. I could see being her best friend. She is strong and courageous. Their love was forbidden on all sides, but that didn't stop them. He should have hated her, but that hate turned into the greatest love he had ever known. He broke a family oath for that love. Julian fiercely protected Lia and Lia protected Julian. I really liked that we had the flashbacks to Julian's life before he was turned and before he met Lia. The ending was perfect. I am so glad that Julian finally opened up and showed Lia everything. I can't wait to see what happens next!
This is the most redicules bluetooth speaker any one has ever seen. If you want to take over the beach this is the way to go! I really don't understand why they dont sell these everywhere. You can hear this thing clearly 100 feet across the beach and even when you're out in the water! The only problem i have with it is that when its in direct sunlight it will start to over heat and the sound will start to distort at higher volumes. But what can you expect for 500 watts? I just bring an extra towel to place over it to keep it cool. Other than that this thing beats any other portable speaker on the market. Ive owned all of them too. Bose sound dock, jbl extreme, ue boom mega. Beats all of them by a mile.
