Our company has been using QB for many years. We recently installed the 2014 version. Initially we had some installation problems. One of our staff members had to spend on the phone waiting for someone to pickup the call for 2 hours and 30 minutes. As I am writing this review I am waiting now 47 minutes and counting. Someone picked up the phone after 27 minutes and told me I need another department. He transferred my call and I am still waiting. Who will pay for loss of work for so many hours. What good is a great product if you can't get service. Every year we spend good money to purchase the latest version. I personally wouldn't do that except that they don't give you support if you don't pay for the upgrades. But then - what support?

I needed to fix my floors after using a similar product that made them look dull and fast since I had company coming. It brought back the luster my floors had before the other product and then some. I definitely used a whole lot of "elbow grease", but well worth the time and effort. It dried withing a half hour and our 2 year old walked all over it and not one smudge mark. Cannot say enough about this product. I am a buyer for life!!!
Used this thinking it was the same product I always use. First of all the product was white, not the normal yellow-tone creamy texture. Usually when I put it in my hair, my hair instantly becomes soft, however, with this product that was not the case. The formula in this is not the authentic macadamia product at all. It did not leave my hair feeling soft and shiny as usual. Please do yourself a favor and get the real thing, not this imitation.
I did a ton of research on strollers before finally choosing to buy this one. I had come down to this and the City Mini, but chose this because Britax has the best customer service you could ever ask for. We have their car seat and the customer experience I received after melting our carseat cover was just impeccable. This stroller has so many great features and has been an awesome lightweight stroller.
