I just finished my first week. Initially, I lost 8.5 lbs., but today it is only 5 lbs. The shakes and Passion are both horribly sweet (I have to use double to amount of water just so I can drink them). Even though I am drinking upwards of 5 litres of water per day, in addition to taking Pure, I have found myself to be dreadfully constipated a few times (which is something completely foreign for me). The first two days I had horrible headaches and was extremely hungry. (I found the headaches to be odd since I don't drink coffee and have only 1 cup of tea per day. I did not experience any of these side effects when I was on the HCG diet.) I will finish the 30 days and then make a final decision, but if I were to decide today, I would continue a similar diet using other shakes and supplements. This is way too expensive for the minimal results I've seen.

Many people are complaining about the high sodium but we cannot forget that after a workout, especially one where we perspire quite a bit, we need to replenish our sodium supply. It's really nice to find a protein product that is free from soy and milk. This is definitely made for people with sensitive stomachs. The taste is something we have to sacrifice though, it's not terrible, but it's not amazing either!

I have used several wallet trackers and currently own two, as well as a pet tracker from another company. Based upon TrackR customer reviews and my experience as knowledgeable user, these devices are undependable. They were apparently made by rookies without proper design, quality assurance and customer support. On the other hand, my (Bluetooth/GPS) pet tracker works perfectly every day from deserts to mountain tops, and survives pets swimming in oceans, lakes and rivers and rolling around in the dirt. So proper tracking can be done. It just seems this company does not have the moxie to do it.

I purchased these Roof Rack Crossbars for my '07 Escape. The fit is great, and fits my cargo carrier perfectly. Would recommend this to anyone who has an '07-'11 Escape.

This is an excellent book that is very easy to read (I read it in two days) and delves deeply into the FBI investigation of Hillary's personal email use while Secretary of State. It reads like something out of Shakespeare with hubris, greed, arrogance and corruption the dominant character traits shared by the various players. For anyone who has watched Netflix's "House of Cards", the similarities in this story will be striking. For the uninformed reviewers that have not read it and say it is a "right wing" hatchet job, Edward Klein was the Editor in Chief of the New York Times Magazine for 10 years and the New York Times does not employ "right wingers" in any capacity let alone as Editor in Chief. He was also the Foreign Editor of Newsweek for 7 years and a contributing editor of Vanity Fair for 7 years, neither of which is known for its conservative viewpoints. Prior to his books about Hillary Clinton, he published four bestsellers about the Kennedys, all of which were well received by the media. This is not the resume of a member of "the vast right wing conspiracy." Read the book.
