I have lost weight while using this product. I also reduced calories and increased cardio and strength training in the morning as well as grappling in the evening.

I bought this from doterra rep. I love this. I am one of those people who can eat all day if I wanted too.I helps so I am not eating copious amounts of food while I am ate home. I have started putting it in bigelow's I love lemon tea. You can't taste it becuase the lemon tea overpowers any flavor of it. I have noticed that everything I usually wear is looser. Friends have told me that I look slimmer than normal. This is without any form of exercise being done.

Directions are clear and the results very pleasing. Not only does it asthetically look like new, vastly improved from the old yellowed look, but along with a bulb upgrade (did the two at the same time) the visual range is very substantially improved.

This item requires more knowledge than most small children would have. Requires a lot of help from adults.
