I have long, thick, wavy hair. I have used this product off and on for about 6 months and compared it with several other similar products. It definitely makes my hair easier to comb and has decreased the frizziness I have without styling.

Some of the info is good but each person needs to get a blood test to find out what you really need. I started taking the yeast per his recommendation then later found out I was allergic to it. Overall, I like his advice. Like all books on health, you still have to get your own body tested to see what is exactly right for your body's health.

Rick Steves has done it again. I am enjoying reading about France as we going there in late September and early October. This book makes me get really excited about going.

Mostly done my reading of this book when I was on my lunch breaks, or when I needed to step away from my work to refresh and recharge. Quite entertaining and informative. Well worth your money if you are the type of person who years to know a lot of knowledge, insight and information.

This is a great set of garden shears. I have ten huge pecan trees on the lot where my home is located. There is always a tree that needs pruning because of the weight of the pecans on the limbs. This set is a perfect combo. The needle nose pair is great for just pruning leaves and the bushes I have around my home. They allow you to have a yard that looks like it is professionally groomed. The larger pair is perfect for cutting limbs off. It cuts them smoothly and easily because the blade is durable and sharp. I love the silicone grips on the tools because they keep my hands in place and allow me to get a comfortable grip to do an effective job. The tools are made of quality stainless steel and will last a lifetime. The springs on the devices provide the perfect amount of tension and allow you to make a smooth, effortless motion to accomplish what needs to be done. These would be a great gift for anyone that likes a well groomed yard. They would be a great stocking stuffer for Christmas. They really are exceptional quality and a great addition to my tool collection. I give them two thumbs up for sure!

As another reviewer noted, this is NOT suitable for the 8.9" Kindle Fire. The text is not where it belongs on the pages and is entirely unreadable. I was really looking forward to going through this with my daughter (we both love browsing the Guinness Book of World Records!). Unfortunately this isn't going to work out for us.
