I leave it in for the night or a few hours during the day. It says you can wear it for 12 hours which I have before. The Softcup is easy to insert and easy to remove. As the instructions say it sits below and under your cervix, you shouldn't feel it if it is inserted correctly.

I loved Wen, but it's just so expensive! I was starting to think I would no longer be able to afford having truly soft hair. My grandson loves WWE and has hours of fun with this game. It has alot of different things that he can decide on how he wants to play it. If you have a 10 year old he will definitely enjoy it.
