What a disappointment! Received this product in the mail with no instructions. Called the number on the box and an old woman answer the phone, she put me on hold for about 20 mins then came back and ask what was my question. I told her and she said hold on psl. I did again for another 10 mins and she came back and said i,m still looking for the direction and i cannot find it. Seems like she is at home tumbling through her stuff to read me the directions. What a way to make a customer happy! I used this product before so i have an idea what i was doing. The straighter was used by someone else for it was not seal and i found hair in the container. I learned a lesson and it cost me a price.

Like every program I've tried in the last 20 years, this one does not live up to the hype. I bought this because I flip houses for a living so I like to make a fast drawing of my house and then place furniture around to see how it will look. Usually I knock out a few walls.and come up with a better layout. Yes it does that, but I cant even find how to change the height of a bay window. The furniture is so basic, I must be doing something wrong because it sounds like I am supposed to have access to all kinds of catalogs and thousands of pre installed furniture designs. I can't find where this is. (I'm not an idiot, I've looked at the help, search, and manual, and online video.) Yes you do get a pretty detailed manual unlike sone of the other programs I've tried. I can't find how to change kitchen base cabinets from regular doors to drawers. Yes these are all basic but they don't; give the option when you click on the cabinet where the options are. My view of the plan from outside looks like I'm floating on some mountain, who knows why. So iwith all this said, I still came up with a usable layout, and that part is pretty easy but the rest is all a lie as far as I'm concerned. (they will probably say if you read or clicked on some link all this would be solved, believe me I tried) the moral? Try to find a full trial version to see if it can work for you before you spend money on it. Although you still waste hours learning the program.

Awesome product, great deal, bolted right in and does its job, I'm very happy with it AT this price. If it was more money it word be okay.

Have used the product for several days; am not fixated on the scale but can notice less mass around my waist already. Got a hug from a good friend at work who just retired and even they noticed the change.
