My 4 year old has a ton of food allergies and is in preschool which makes him a germ magnet. We give him these and their multi vitamins so that he gets all that he needs. He loves the taste, and we love that they don't have all of the artificial ingredients that other vitamins have.

I haven't really had a chance to give RealDose the attention that it deserves, as my review is due and I've only been taking the products for about a week now. However, I can rate other aspects of this supplement.

I am on my first bottle of this and will be buying a second when I run out, which is saying a lot because I usually don't re-purchase face products for moisturizing as I haven't found anything I loved and that didn't irritate my sensitive skin. This soaks in very well and I like the scent. Not sure what I can describe it as, just to say that I am very easily offended by smells, and this is a nice, clean and natural smell. I am hoping this oil is good for aging skin, but can't tell yet.
