    One of the most delicious vitamin gummies I've had! No artificial weird taste (well besides the sugar of course). It tastes just like regular gummy bears, which can be dangerous. Don't take too many, it'll be tempting not to. I like that this one focuses on immune-building supplemental nutrition, great to have in the winter especially.

    I just started taking it so I cant really say much about it. No side effects and yes it does make the urine darker but so far I don't know how or if it works. I will reply back in 3 months when I have my blood work done, then we shall see if it works.

    I mix with orange juice & even put in freezer to make extremely cold.....this helps to drink it. The end result is an overall feel good feeling, & also decreases appetite. Win win for me!!
