Very good list of schools and probably most authoritative but seems somewhat out of date on tuition fees and perhaps some other areas...

This is a good book. Easy to read and understand. The hard part is changing your eating habits. The book offers no miracles, just straight forward advice and a great method to use when deciding what foods to eat. The good thing is does not deprive you of things that people with PCOS like, like potatoes and bread- we can have those things as long as we balance with protein. The book shows you how. If you have PCOS, this is a great book.

I purchased this last year march for my a friend and when I saw her this year at her nail salon I saw it and thought that she bought another one but it was the same one and she said it still works perfectly and she wouldn't trade it for anything else and her customers are very happy, so for that I will give it a 5
