This is a quality protein source at a competitive price. I am not a nutritionist so cannot comment with much authority on the details of the product, but I always hear positive things about the Optimum Nutrition brand.

I love this case and I have had it for a year now. The battery lasts forever and the light is so convenient to have. I will use it when I take selfies (not often) but I also use it as a flashlight. The color is starting to come off, and the battery no longer charges so I am going to purchase another one, but it is a great case to own.

First off, these pills are huge. More than once I felt like I was going to choke on these. You can feel them going down your throat if they happen to move sideways on the way down. Ugh!
