These are fairly big tablets, not capsules, and fairly odorous as well. You definitely want to take them with food. If not, you will experience aftertaste! There is other ingredients besides the biotin, which really helps your hair and nails as far as their condition. I've noticed my hair is stronger, grows faster and my nails no longer peel like they did before I started using biotin. Nothing too earth shattering with the other ingredients. Definitely take 2 daily to get your best biotin dose, so this bottle will last you a month. I will continue to take a similar supplement, but they don't all have such an odor, that part turns me off.

I made a huge mistake at Willy T's in the British Virgin Islands last week, I jumped off the boat and then told my sister to toss me my phone so I could take pictures of her and my hubby jumping off the boat. I thought the case had a floater on it but to my mistake it did not. She dropped the phone down to me and I missed it. My phone sank and I started to freak out. I could not dive down as I was in shock. I DID NOT pretest this case and just knew my phone was toast. The boat at Willy T's is anchored but it shifts. I had a free diver try to help find the phone to no luck. Then our boat captain came to Willy T's with masks and fins and on his second dive down (32 feet might I add), he found my phone!!! I just knew it was soaked.....NOPE....this case is awesome!!!! My phone was swimming 32 feet deep for over 45 minutes and it survived!!! When I got back to our boat, I looked up this case and saw it is good for 100 feet!!! Guess what, I am coming back to order more!!! My only comment would be it was hard to locate way down due to the yellow color. Many fish are yellow and coral too. I am ordering these for my kids as we will be at the beach Spring Break! Bought this as a practice bat for my 16yr old niece but may use it some in games as well. The CF5 is a superb older model bat with a nice sweet spot.

Personally really like the visibility of the ball, never gets lost in the light. Nice solid, reassuring thud when you hit with it. People at my open gym (people of all skill levels) generally make me switch for a softer ball, so we hardly get to play with this one. While I enjoy playing with it, this ended up being a very expensive practice ball.

I think it is a little word heavy, the explanations could be a bit more concise but overall it has given me insights into Microsoft Office that just working with it does not give you. I would like to see some side notes for Apple Mac users however!
