Received a sample of this from Birchbox and loved it. I ordered it and truly love the product and will order again.
I bought this vacuum less than three months ago. I used it for about a month, and never on carpet, and the roller brush broke. It made a horrible noise which I later determined to be the metal sprocket that turns the belt that turns the rollers had broken off. I exchanged it, used the new one twice, and the same thing happened! I foolishly lost my receipt, so I can only have exchanges, or I would have gotten my money back.
The last hair spray that I used of this quality was available only in salons and high-end department stores. As you can imagine, it was extremely expensive by comparison. After spraying "Spray and Play", you can run your fingers through you hair, finger toss and re-arrange your hair.
Ok, so I ordered this book last week when it went on sale and I have to say this book is just awesome. The stories are nicely sized so if you have just a few minutes you can read one or two, they were always interesting, and now I'm sharing these stories with people and they are amazed as well. This is a great book and I would recommend it to most anyone.
Once I figured out which end to remove the cap to adjust the length, no problem with install. On mine, the "front"/"back" sticker location indicated the correct side to remove the cap to adjust width of bars. Install was fairly simple (used ladder with one knee on top of car :) and there is no noise. Just need a kayak now to go on top of them!
